    what is Melioidosis? 

Melioidosis (are also known as Whitmore's disease or Nightcliff farmer disease) is infectious disease that due to negative Gram bacteria, pseudomallei Burkholderia , that exist on land and water. Melioidosis (bacteria due to water and land). This disease not caused by virus but a kind of germ from rat urine and land area that are polluted.
This disease is dominant in the country that topical and widespread in Southeast Asian countries and Australian northern. This bacteria can be found in sources of water and land that are polluted like paddy field, stagnant water and lake. This disease spread to mankind, animal or plant. Infection to mankind is through direct contact (direct contact) with land and water through wound, inhale dust or water drops that are polluted.Symptom including ill in chest area, bone, or joint; cough; skin infection, node lungs, and watery lungs. 

   Incubation period
Nine days (range 1-21 days)

 Who at risk?
Diabetes High Risk Group liver diseasekidney diseasetalasemiacancer or immune  system disease stres.sed not chronic lung disease, there is no vaccine that can prevent melioidosis infection but can use personal protective equipment such as protect the body such as use footwear, gloves, goggles and other this very important to our life.

  Prevention or how to control
To avoid for infection also can use personal protective equipment example footwear, goggles, boots, gloves and others. Today I want to share importance information that we also know the disease Hepatitis is disease that due to several types of virus that can go for and ruin human heart cells and can be category A.


    WHAT IS HEPATITIS A ????

       
       Hepatitis can ruin heart organ function for neutral poison and food digestion system body, The disease hepatitis can attack anyone regardless of age whether baby,childrenadult or old people.
Hepatitis A spread through food and drinks contaminated. This virus spread through individual feces that have this diseaseFor examplefish or cockle from water area contaminated by human feces infected.Hepatitis may be infected through close relationship with individual infected.Signs of infection could be seen following two to six weeks. In first weekindividual infected will experience pain like yellowfatiguefeverloss of appetite eatsickness,dizzy and urinate that concentrated black color.
Taking care of own cleanliness is importantCleaning hand with soap, if applicable antiseptic soap after using toiletbefore preparing food and before eating."Usually patient will recover fully after four or five weeks,"

This disease happen between human to human. To avoid self from contracting, we should avoid from take raw food like vegetable and salad ( especially in place that there is case), drink water that not boileddrink iced drinkmilk not pasteurized and seafood that not cooked full.

  • Countries where hepatitis A are common.
  • Use illegal drugs.
